The elevation in boiling point is calculated as

△T

b

=i×K

b

×m

i is the Vant Hoff Factor.

K

b

 is the molal elevation constant

m is molality

For NaCl, the Vant Hoff Factor comes out to be two as it is an ionic compound while for glucose Vant Hoff Factor is 1 as it cannot dissociate in the solution. Therefore, elevation in boiling point would not be same.
