Tamil Nadu

They cause much rainfall over plain areas of northwest region of India. The rainfall caused by western disturbances decreases from north and northwest towards east. Southern India : The Tamil Nadu coast in Southern India receives rainfall during October and November. It is caused by the North-east monsoons.
