Among the flora Sariba, Peritha, Llex Khasiana and Malabar Mahagony and among the fauna the Asiatic Lion, Asiatic Black Bear, Bengal Tiger, Great Indian Rhinoceros, Flamingo, Lion-tailed Macaque, Asian Elephant, Ganges River Dolphins (also called 'Susu') are some of the endangered species.
