In the laboratory the hydrogen peroxide stain is used in the observation of the rhizobium.

In the process the rhizobium is placed in the water watch glass then the stain of hydrogen peroxide is given inside the watch glass.

After that the rhizobium is usually covered with a cover slip to make the mount to research further under the microscope.
