It's not in India. Winter Olympics in 2022 is held in China,
Summer Olympics in 2020 is held in Tokyo.

India would never be able to host the Olympic Games at least before 2050.

It’s not that India is not capable of hosting the Olympic Games, but the machinery, infrastructure and man power in India is not up to the mark. The biggest problem is the corruption. Even, if India could somehow able to bear the cost of the games, but still it would be practically impossible to avoid corruption and misuse of the funds.
