Jammu and Kashmir enjoys the special status in the indian constitution and unlike other states it has its own separate constitution. As after independence of india, many states came under India but some wants to be free ,like, Jammu and Kashmir. The ruler of j&k signed a special agreement with Pakistan but after some of Pakistani attacks , he urged help from India and in this way it came under India but due to some consequences,India has to provide J&K a special position in the Indian Constitution as well as a separate Constitution
