Option “D” ,Bihar is the correct Answer.The government of Bihar  has announced “ universal old age pension scheme - Mukhyamantri Vridhajan Pension Yojna”for all persons  above 60 years age.

Chief Minister Nitish Kumar of Bihar,  announcedin the  state assembly that the scheme will come into effect  from the 1st of April 2019.

He indicated that , except those senior citizens, retired from government service, all will be eligible for 400 rupees monthly pension.
