Chhattisgarh is the one that the state government has decided to rename its new capital city as “Atal Nagar” in memory of late Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee.

It was decided on 21st August 2018 that the name of the state will be changed the name of the capital city of Naya Raipur.
