On the occasion of Teachers day on September 5, 2017 Gujarat Chief Minister Vijay Rupani has inaugurated Gyankunj e-class project.

Project was firstly operational at Shahpur primary school in Gandhinagar. Project was basically based pilot basis with Interactive e-class room and smart boards have been provided under this initiative.

in this scheme 1609 government primary schools have been provided laptop, projector and all other digital tools for ease of students to understand things in a good way.Also it  was planned to give free education to the deserving students for their bright future.
