Sikkim government has signed (MOU) Memorandum of Understanding with the british council for quality education.

Explanation:

The MoU was signed between the state Human Resource Department RB Subba and Managing Director of Microsoft India Manish Prakash to enhance the digital Literacy.

The purpose of the MOU was basically to facilitate and to motivate the young generation so that they understand the things easily through digital world and  to explore the knowledge for new innovations.

Also according to this scheme young students in Sikkim got an opportunity for internship in United Kingdom in their relative fields.
