Arunachal Pradesh. The Pakke Paga Hornbill Festival (PPHF) is the only conservation festival of the state and has been declared as a “State Festival”. In recognition of Nyishi tribe in the conservation of hornbills within the Pakke Tiger Reserve (PTR).
