India. Seven Indian states, Andhra Pradesh, Bihar, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Telangana, Uttar Pradesh and Jammu & Kashmir, have bicameral Legislatures, in these states the upper house is called State Legislative Council (Vidhan Parishad), one third of whom members are elected every two years.

Assam does not have a bicameral legislature. Goa and Sikkim are other examples.
