Which state in india has its own constitution and why?

It's Jammu and Kashmir
Under Part XXI of the Constitution of India, which deals with “Temporary, Transitional and Special provisions”, Article 370 was introduced after the independence which provides the state of Jammu and Kashmir this special status to have its own constitution

it's jammu and kashmir had it's own constitution xxi article of the constitution .in thier no one could buy land ,they have two identity like state and another of our country , this rule had continued from Rajendra as our president rule .but on 5 August 2018 this rule are invalid and jammmu and kashmir is no longer thier own constitution .They are now like other state of India .
