Kerala is the only the state having equal rights in terms of boys and girl all the facilities education health security etc

Hey there!
India is a country having so many states and each of different and unique culture and everything! Every State is too unique from each other. We can't discriminate any states as bad and any as bad!
But, as per the question, I think I should answer practically according to records and my experience.
Which state is better in terms of attitude of society towards girls?

In my opinion and as far as the records tell us, the answer to both the questions is God's own country, Kerala.
Kerala is a South Indian state which is known for it's great beauty and greenery. Inspite of it's rural surroundings (even tho now it's improved almost everywhere) Kerala do have respect for women and it have a great role for women to play. In Kerala, you can't face any discrimination only because you are a girl or woman. You can't be denied education only because you are a woman. You can't be denied your rights only because you are a woman. Really, it's a truth known to keralians.
In Kerala, woman do have equal power in making decisions in home along with man. She can take part in decision making, both in home and politics. Kerala women are highly respected, I can say that, very confidently, being a half-keralian!
What I have felt
In my home, my father or mother, never say "you are a girl, dont go to school, do all the household chores, don't get friendship with boys". They'll never say that. Even me, I do have so many brother like friends and no one said you two are boys and girls! They do tell, they are humans, they are friends! (Some people exists as it's nature law to have negatives)
Every human, no matter a woman or man, do get education as they wish! Kerala is a place where there's no gender discrimination , for 99% (1% exists everywhere -_-)
And also, Kerala is the state having highest sex ratio in favour of women.
Kerala is having 100% literacy rate too

Yeah, Kerala (as all states have) do have cases reported to women! It does have reported so many such cases. But the question is somewhat different. Which is the state having no gender discrimination? It's of course Kerala. Do such cases occur due to discrimination? Obviously, no. It's because of the mindset of some shameless ppl.
But.................Still the state lags in bringing out equality among genders...
But.... without thinking twice... I'd say that Kerala is better(not best)
Nothing is perfect and best!
