Answer- Maharashtra is the most corrupt state. On December 1st, 2017. The Indian Govt. agency, National Crime Records Bureau(NCRB) has declared the latest Crime Reports. According to NCRB(comes under ministry of Home Affairs) reports data:

●Maharashtra most corrupt State. Of the total corruption cases in India, 22.9% were from Maharashtra. Odisha is 2nd most, Kerala is 3rd most, Madhya Pradesh is 4th most & Rajsthan is 5th most corrupt states in India.

The National Crime Records Bureau (NCRB) data put Maharashtra on top of the list of corruption cases (1,016) in 2016. The state is followed by Odisha (569), Kerala (430), Madhya Pradesh (402) and Rajasthan (387).
