Option B is correct....

I really don't know the exact mass. I just tried to eliminate wrong answers...for the first option, electrons orbit the nucleus of an atom not the neutrons.so first option is wrong...for the third option..both protons and electrons have charges(+ and -).so third one is wrong...sub atomic particles all don't have the same charges...(i mentioned that i don't know the 'exact' mass).so option d is also wrong,Hence Option B is right
