Different situations can make a person act and think differently.
I found this statement to be perfect for describing the theme of the above-said story or the few lines mentioned.
There are four lines that have been mentioned above and out of them, two describe the situation, where a person can act foolish and the remaining two indicate the situation whereby using his sense and mind, a person can choose wisely and make wise decisions.
So, this all depends on the situation and condition which a person is in. There are times, where people tend to lose their thinking abilities by following and seeking different advice and other times people can actually work their mind to solve any problem.
