The stateme- "The President cannot fire justices from the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court can rule laws and action by the President unconstitutionaly" is the best example how the Constitution limits the power of the executive branch.
This is intentionally done on the initial stages of Constitution making to put a pause in the ultimate power of the executive branch and deal with arbitration easily.
Through this decision the Justice is solely put on the arms of Legal branch of the Government.
