Earthquake is one of the major natural calamities.

It can cause huge destruction of properties and lives.

The shaking of ground can also cause the mudslides, landslides, tsunamis and avalanches on the mountains or steeper hills.

All of these effects can damage the buildings and structures and can hurt people.

Another major earthquake hazard is the ground displacement or ground movement along any fault.
