Option A, and D are the right answers.

Andrew Carnegie was a philanthropist and the founder of a steel company (where the Homestead strike took place in 1892).  J.P. Morgan, in 1899 bought his company. Thereon, he decided  to improve the conditions of the society, hence he gave away all his earnings to set up libraries and universities to improve teaching.  He built many libraries all over(3,000), gave money to colleges, schools, artists, writers,a Peace Program, and a institute that improves teaching.
