talking about commerce. A very promising stream. By pursuing a commerce degree one can appear for CA, CS, MBA and various other exams as well. If you can crack CAT then you can also get a seat in the famous institutions of India like IIM , XLRI, etc. later in your career you can become an excellent banker, investment and portfolio manager, a chartered accountant and so on. One can also appear for various government exams like IAS, PCS, SSC, and so on.

Which you want you can do. If you like to study science then you can choose science stream and if you like to study politics or history so you can choose commerce stream but i think you can choose in 11 class science and after 12 try to qualify neet it's good for you.
