what u want to become because only chemistry is not in science stream u have to choose pcb or pcm or pcbm
so first clear what u want to become in future

actually mam I am weak in phy and bio but really gud in chem and maths
then okay u if u r good in maths then u can easily do physics
go through pcm and c++
