Your subject choice should solely depend on which course you want to take up after class 12. If you are planning to take up some technical course like engineering the ideal choice would be IP. It is beneficial to know some programming before taking engineering irrespective of the branch you take. Moreover Java is taught in many engineering courses in the second and third semester so knowing some basics of java beforehand will be really helpful. Also IP happens to be an easy and scoring subject so according to me IP is the best choice.
