At first,choose your energy levelm If your energy level is high,so start with a boring subject. Because it takes more energy to understand boring subject. If it is low then start with an interesting subject. Because it takes less energy to understand an interesting subject.

Switch your i phone off. Or put it on airplane mode. And also there are many apps to keep you on track like: forest app,easy study etc.
