The urine is firstly formed in liver by amino acid and forms urea then urea is transferred to kidney with mix with blood through vessels then kidney filters the blood and then excrete out from the body.

As we know water is very important for our health for proper functioning of stomach we have to drink 2-4 litres of water everyday.
