For four terminals at start-up, do the following:

• Start terminator

• Split the terminal Ctrl+Shift+O

• Split the upper terminal Ctrl+Shift+O

• Split the lower terminal Ctrl+Shift+O

• Open Preferences and select Layouts

• Click Add and enter a usefull layout name and Enter

• Close Preferences and Terminator

• Open Terminator with this command.
