Then click the “Chart” button in the “Illustrations” button group on the “Insert” tab. This will open the “Insert Chart” dialog box, where you can select the desired chart type and subtype to insert. The chart appears in your presentation and also opens and displays the chart's source data in an Excel worksheet.
