Rajasthan Royals (RR) won the first IPL. It was held in 2008. It is now suspended untill 2018, with CSK, for match fixing.

It was in the year 2008..
They played against Chennai Super Kings and won by 3 wickets..
It was held in DY Patil Stadium in Mumbai..
