“ I have been living here for 10 years. ”
In such a case, it means (past to present time) the person has been living there and is STILL living there.
“ I have lived here for 10 years. ” ~ This is a same situation . . . HOWEVER, the person may or may not be poised on the very brink of leaving, depending upon sequence of events. One can easily imagine the person having lived at the place to be standing in a doorway and looking into now empty rooms, prepared to journey beyond that place once called home.
