1. Don't write everything you know...
2. Use easy to understand language...
3. Do not use contractions...
4. Do not use active voice in fact based answers...
5. Replace long phrases with short words wherever it is possible...
6. Remember, WRITTEN ENGLISH IS DIFFERENT FROM SPOKEN ENGLISH...

No. I don't agree wid ur points.. Well.,In my opinion,answer must be given as per ur understanding concepts. For long type answer , you should use maximum number of words u can add. It will help candidates to fill the copy up and a wise impression to the examiner.
