a = 3
d = 15-3 = 12

54th term = a + 53×12 = (a + 636)

let that term be x,
then,

a + (x-1)d = a + 636 + 132
3 + (x-1)12 = 3 + 768
(x-1)12 = 3 + 768 - 3
x-1 = 768/12
x = 64 + 1
x = 65 th term.

65th term of AP 3, 15, 27 .... will be 132 more than its 54th term.
