let nth term be -1

so,

-1=121+(n-1).-4

-122=(n-1).-4

n-1=122/4

n=122/4+1=126/4

but it leaves a fraction

now,

take it as -3

because all terms of A.P. are odd

-3=121+(n-1).-4

(n-1).-4=-124

n-1=31

n=32
