n = 54
d = 12
we know that
a + ( n - 1 ) d
= 3 + ( 54 - 1 ) 12
= 3 + 53 × 12
= 3 + 636
= 639
Now
132 + 639 = 771
771 = 3 + (n - 1) 12
768/12 + 1 = n
64 + 1 = n
n = 65
Therfore 65th term term 132 more than 54th term

Then as per given
=) an = 132 + a54
=) a+(n-1)d = 132 +(a+53d)
=) 3+12(n-1) = 132 +(3+53 ×12)
=) 12n -9 = 771
=) 12n = 771 +9 = 780
n= 780/12
=) n= 65
