         We have to find first negative term 
                        So, an < 0
                         a + (n-1)d < 0
                        53 + (n-1)-5 < 0
                        53 -5n + 5 < 0 
                        58 - 5n < 0
                  so, 58 < 5n 
                         58/5 < n
                  so, 11.6 < n
                       so n = 12
      
 So, 12th term of this AP will be first negative term.
