Solñ: Here, a=8, d=14-8=6
Let, nth terms is 72
:. an=72
»a+(n-1)d =72
»8+(n-1)×6=72
»(n-1)×6=72-8
»n-1=54/6
»n-1=9
»n=9+1
»n=10
Again,
Sins,an=a+(n-1)d
a41=8+(10-1)6
=8+9×6
=8+54
=72
