\small{\mathbf{\underline{Given:-}}}

a = 241

d = a2 - a1

= 236 - 241

= -5

=> Let the first negative integer be -1.

then An = a + (n - 1)d

=> -1 = 241 + (n - 1)-5

=> -1 = 241-5n +5

=> -1 = 246 -5n

=> -1-246 = -5n

=> -247 = -5n

=> -247/-5 = n

=> 49.4 = n

\large{\boxed{\boxed{n\: =\: 50th\: term}}}

Therefore 50th term of the AP is the first negative term.
