d = 12
54th term = a + 53d
a + 53d + 132
= a + 53d + 11d
= a + 64d
=> 65th term

Here, the common difference 'd' is 12
ATQ :-
=> nth term = 132 + 54th term
=> a + (n - 1)d = 132 + a + 53d
=> (n - 1)d = 132 + 53d
=> (n - 1) = 11 + 53 [Since, d = 12]
=> n = 65
Thus, 65th term is the answer for this particular problem.
