Let 103 be the nth term.

 \sf n_{th} \: term = a + (n-1)d

where, a is the first term while d is the common difference.

 \sf 103= 3 + (n-1)4

 \sf \: 100 = 4n - 4

 \sf \: 104 = 4n

 \sf \: n = \dfrac{104}{4} = 26

103 is the 26th term of above A.P.
