So 54 th term would be: a + 53d

=> 5 + 53 ( 12 )

=> 5 + 636 = 641.

Hence 641 + 132 is equal to 773.

So an = 773, a = 5, d = 12. Now we must n = ?

=> 773 = 5 + ( n - 1 ) 12

=> 773 - 5 = ( n - 1 ) 12

=> 768 = ( n - 1 ) 12

=> 768 / 12 = ( n - 1 )

=> 64 = ( n - 1 )

=> n = 64 + 1 = 65 th term.

Hence it is the 65th term.

Another shortcut here is that,

132 = 12 * 11

So it would be 11 terms after 54th term.

Hence 54 + 11 = 65th term.
