We have already made up a2 and b2 , we just need to make the middle term accordingly to turn it into a perfect square.

(3x2)2+2.3x2.5+(5)2−28x2

(3x2+5)2−28x2

Thus, if we add 28x2 to the polynomial, it will turn into a perfect square.
