this therapy is stemcell mediated organ regeneration therapy
It has a very important advantage.. that of a person suffers from any organ damage then that perticular organ can be made by stem cell diffrentiation . ( but this process is still not in practice. it is still in our studies and likely to be a Boon to humans.)

It's called regenerative therapy
It's uses--
In regenerative theory stem cells are used.
In case of diseased conditions like diabetes, myocardial infarction, Alzheimer's disease,Parkinson's Disease stem cells can be used to replace the damaged or functionless cells
In conditions such as anaemia,Thalassemia,leukemia etc there is always the need of beer blood cells.Here stem cells can be used to restore the number of blood cells.
In techniques of organ transplantation stem cells can be used as they helps in the transplantation of new organs such as kidney and liver.The defective organs can be replaced by those that are produced with the helps of stem cells and transplanted.
