Your Family: Be it your parents, your siblings or whomever else. Once they die. That's it. Only memories are left. Spend more time with them.

Your Age: You only turn every age once. You could either live your life for 80 years, or every year in 80 ways.( I take no credit for this quote.)

Yourself: Yes you read that right. Don't ever loose sight of who you are. Once you get lost in the blacks and whites of this seemingly monotonous world, you've got nothing left but misery.
