There are three main types of dehydration: hypotonic (primarily a loss of electrolytes), hypertonic (primarily loss of water), and isotonic (equal loss of water and electrolytes). The most commonly seen in humans is isotonic.

Dehydration in our body is detected by neural tissues. Neural tissues control all body activities.

  • Losing water content from our body cause dehydration.
  • Thirst feeling, tiredness, dry mouth eyes,  dizziness are some symptoms of dehydration.
  • Nervous tissue is the one that has control of every action or activity.
  • Whenever water content is less in the body neural tissues will detect that and initiate symptoms.
  • Drink a lot of water to avoid dehydration.
