The correct answer for your question is [Cross talk] .

The TranscribeMe tag that is used to stand in for a word or phrase which the transcriber could not understand because of another main speaker was talking over them.

Example:

Chris: Hey! Pratt. How are you?

Pratt: [Silence] I am [Cross talk] good.

Chris: Not good.

Here, Chris interrupted Pratt by saying “Not Good” before Pratt completing the sentence. Here the transcriber don’t want to  split the sentence so he used the tag [Cross talk]
