No one. Actually some people state that some plants like peepal, Tulsi release 24 hours oxygen but technically it is impossible because plants release oxygen during photosynthesis in presence of light . In the process of photosynthesis, water molecules split into hydrogen and oxygen but in absence of light water molecules can not be broken. Oxygen is a byproduct of light reaction of photosynthesis so how can it be possible that any plant can release oxygen 24 hours.
