Which two forces act on the object when it ts immersed in a liquid? How does their magnitude determine that the object will float or sink in the liquid?​

Answer:

The two forces which are applied on an object, immersed in liquid are weight (W) of the object and buoyant force( B) of the liquid. If W=B then the object will float just below the surface of liquid.
