Which two provinces of India of India were divided between India and Pakistan in August 1947

friend I think there was 3 provinces involved and they are: Assam, Bengal and Punjab it was based on district wide Hindu or Muslim majority the boundary the demarcating India and Pakistan became known as Radcliffe line
