The famous scientist Isaac Newton was basically a religious man. But his theories played a great role in shaping the modern science. Two famous theories of Newton are:-

1. Newton's three laws of motion - This law describes the movement of various masses and how they interact with each other. The three laws are as follows

- According to Newton's First Law of Motion, "A body at rest will remain at rest, and a body in motion will remain in motion unless it is acted upon by an external force."

- According to Newton's Second Law of Motion, "The force acting on an object is equal to the mass of that object times its acceleration." This can be mathematical expressed as F= ma, where F is force, m is mass, and a is acceleration.

- According to Newton's Third Law of Motion, "For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction."

2. Law of Gravitation - This law states that two masses attract each other with a force that is equal to constant(constant of gravitation) multiplied by the product of the two masses and divided by square of the distance between them.
