Mitosis also known as equational division is helpful for.....
1 - growth
2 - repair
3 - replacement
4 - asexual reproduction.
Haploid ( cell with one full set of chromosomes ) is involved in the formation of zygote.
Diploid ( cell with two full sets of chromosomes ) is involved in the formation of gametes.
