if you are talking about the OS then here you go....

microsoft is good for office persentations cause they have the office 365, BTW it is paid, but if you want powerpoint 2010 you can get it cause it is free but if you want 2016, 2019, 365 then thoes are paid.

if you have mac os (big sur) then go to keynotes that is really good, the only problem is that it is only for mac os.

you can use linux (ubuntu), this persentation software (liberoffice impress) it is not as good or as easy as the office 365 and so, but it gets the job done.
